Detergent Gel

Hygienic positive displacement pumps are ideal for transferring detergent gel due to their ability to handle high viscosity fluids with precision and care, maintaining the quality and consistency of the product. These pumps operate by trapping fixed amounts of gel and moving it through the pump in a controlled manner, minimizing the risk of shear and ensuring smooth flow without compromising the structure of the detergent.

Cream (from Dairy)

Cream is a dairy product that is made by concentrating the fatty part of milk. It is used directly as a food product in different concentrations and also in production of butter, sour cream and other products.

Shampoo

Shampoos are personal and pet care hygiene products used to remove and wash away dirt, oil and grime from hair. Some are medicinal, such as antiseborrheic, anti-bacterial or anti-fungal.

Most shampoos are 70% to 80% water, but the addition of rheological modifiers and other viscous ingredients increases their viscosity to 2,000 to 20,000 cPs, necessitating the use of positive displacement pumps. They are typically shear-thinning mixtures requiring low-shear pumping action. Shampoos are generally slightly acidic, lubricating liquids with pH in the range of 4.5 to 5.5.

Sausage

A food product of ground meat, fillers and spices, often encased in a natural intestine or cellulosic or collagen skin to form a cylindrical casing, but also sold in bulk and as patties.

Sauces

The term sauces covers a wide range of food products ranging from ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, apple sauce, gravies and many other condiments.

Quark

Quark or Quarg is a type of fresh cultured soft cheese made from soured skim milk. Originating in central Europe in the 14th century, it is available globally today and is popular for being high protein; low in sugar, salt and carbohydrates; and is a probiotic.

Pet Food

Pet foods are commercially produced nutrition for pets and domestic animals. Many pet foods are produced from the by-products of the human food manufacturing industry.

Pectin

Pectin is a soluble gelatinous polysaccharide mostly derived from citrus peel and apple pomace, and is used as a gelling agent, stabilizer and fat substitute in food and beverage applications.

Pectin is primarily known for gelling jams, jellies and marmalades, but is used in many other food products including yogurts, ice creams, fruit-based drinks and baked goods. It is primarily sold and used as a dry powder due to ease of storage and shipping, but may be reconstituted as a gel prior to addition to other food products and cosmetics.
