Resin Pumping Solutions

La série 1124A™ est en fonte et dispose du joint d'étanchéité O-Pro® de Viking Pump, qui résiste aux abrasifs. La série 1124A™ a de faibles capacités de cisaillement et une capacité allant jusqu'à 400 gallons par minute.
La série 4624B™ est également en fonte avec des matériaux trempés standard et de nombreuses options d'étanchéité différentes. Cette série a une capacité allant jusqu'à 180 gallons par minute.

Caustic (Sodium Hydroxide)

Sodium hydroxide is a strong base (pH 13-14) used in petroleum refining, the manufacture of other chemicals, rayon and films, pulp and paper, aluminum, vegetable oil, detergents, soaps and textiles, in water treatment, in reclaiming rubber and as an alkali in foods.

Sodium hydroxide is mainly manufactured as a product of the chloralkali process, first as a 32% solution, and then evaporated to a 50% solution. Solid sodium hydroxide is also available as flakes, prills, and cast blocks.

Black Liquor Soap

Black Liquor Soap is a by-product in the production of pulp in the paper processing industry. It is used in production of Tall Oil (Pine Oil), which may be refined into various value-added products.
