La pompa ad ingranaggi interni in acciaio inossidabile 1227C Series™ è la soluzione flessibile, semplice e adattabile per un'ampia gamma di applicazioni. Questa nuova generazione di pompe è dotata di serie di rivestimento interno, della tenuta brevettata O-Pro® Guard Seal per una capacità di tenuta superiore e dell'involucro ProPort™, che consente di scegliere tra diverse dimensioni e tipi di porta a seconda delle esigenze. Può gestire portate fino a 73 m³/h (320 GPM).
Caratteristiche e Vantaggi
- Struttura interamente in acciaio inox per una maggiore resistenza alla corrosione in un intervallo di pH più ampio
- L'involucro di ProPort™ utilizza cuscinetti di montaggio su ciascuna porta progettati per adattarsi a una varietà di tipi e dimensioni di flange diverse, consentendo una certa flessibilità nel collegamento delle pompe alle tubazioni.
- La staffa U-Plus™, disponibile sulle taglie H-QS, consente di posizionare la guarnizione nel premistoppa o dietro il rotore

Melassa
La melassa è definita come l'acquavite madre sciropposa che rimane dopo che il saccarosio è stato rimosso dal succo di canna per concentrazione. Se è stato rimosso un solo raccolto di cristalli, si parla di prima melassa. Se è stato rimosso il secondo raccolto, il prodotto viene definito Seconda Melassa, e così via. Quando non è più possibile estrarre zucchero di canna, si parla di Melassa finale o Melassa nera.
Burro di arachidi
Il burro di arachidi si ottiene mescolando arachidi macinate con vari additivi e riempitivi. Dal mixer, il burro di arachidi viene pompato attraverso un disaeratore e/o uno scambiatore di calore per rimuovere l'aria intrappolata e abbassare la temperatura prima di essere pompato alle macchine per il riempimento dei barattoli.
Saponi
Il sapone da cucina, la scorta di sapone, le schiume di sapone e il sapone liquido sono una miscela di sali di sodio di vari acidi grassi di oli e grassi naturali. Il sapone comune è in gran parte una miscela di sali di sodio degli acidi palmitico, stearico e oleico. I saponi alla colofonia per il bucato si ottengono aggiungendo un sapone a base di colofonia o la colofonia stessa a un sapone comune.
Tensioattivi
I tensioattivi riducono la tensione superficiale del liquido in cui sono disciolti. Sono comunemente usati nei prodotti per la pulizia per emulsionare gli oli e tenere in sospensione lo sporco o altre particelle. Vengono utilizzati anche nei processi chimici, come la produzione di etanolo.
