Die Edelstahl-Innenzahnradpumpe der 1227C Series™ ist die flexible, einfache und anpassungsfähige Lösung für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen. Diese neue Pumpengeneration ist standardmäßig mit einem Innenmantel, der patentierten O-Pro® Guard Seal für hervorragende Dichtungseigenschaften sowie dem ProPort™-Gehäuse ausgestattet, das je nach Bedarf eine Vielzahl von Anschlussgrößen und -typen aufnehmen kann. Sie kann Fördermengen von bis zu 73 m³/h (320 GPM) bewältig.

Melasse
Melasse ist definiert als die sirupartige Mutterlauge, die übrig bleibt, nachdem dem Zuckerrohrsaft durch Konzentration die Saccharose entzogen wurde. Wurde nur eine Ernte von Kristallen entfernt, spricht man von Erster Melasse. Wenn die zweite Ernte entfernt wurde, wird das Produkt als Zweite Melasse bezeichnet, usw. Wenn kein Rohrzucker mehr extrahiert werden kann, spricht man von Final Melasses oder Black Strap Melasses.
Erdnussbutter
Erdnussbutter wird durch Mischen gemahlener Erdnüsse mit verschiedenen Zusatz- und Füllstoffen hergestellt. Vom Mischer aus wird die Erdnussbutter durch einen Entlüfter und/oder einen Wärmetauscher gepumpt, um eingeschlossene Luft zu entfernen und die Temperatur zu senken, bevor sie zu den Glasabfüllmaschinen gepumpt wird.
Seifen
Kesselseife, Seifenbrühe, Seifenfett und Flüssigseife sind eine Mischung aus Natriumsalzen verschiedener Fettsäuren natürlicher Öle und Fette. Gewöhnliche Seife ist größtenteils ein Gemisch aus den Natriumsalzen von Palmitin-, Stearin- und Ölsäure. Kolophoniumseifen für Waschzwecke werden durch Zugabe einer Seife aus Kolophonium oder Kolophonium selbst zu einer gewöhnlichen Seife hergestellt.
Tenside
Tenside verringern die Oberflächenspannung der Flüssigkeit, in der sie gelöst sind. Sie werden häufig in Reinigungsmitteln verwendet, um Öle zu emulgieren und Schmutz oder andere Partikel in der Schwebe zu halten. Sie werden auch in der chemischen Verarbeitung wie der Ethanolherstellung verwendet.
