4127C Series™

Die Innenzahnradpumpe aus Edelstahl der Serie 4127C™ ist die flexible, einfache und anpassungsfähige Lösung für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen. Diese neue Pumpengeneration ist standardmäßig mit der U-Plus™-Halterung für Gleitringdichtungen sowie dem ProPort™-Gehäuse ausgestattet, das je nach Ihren Anforderungen eine Vielzahl von Anschlussgrößen und -typen aufnehmen kann. Sie kann Durchflussraten von bis zu 320 GPM (73 m³/h) bewältigen.

Komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigt für Korrosionsbeständigkeit über einen größeren pH-Bereich
Das ProPort™-Gehäuse verfügt über Befestigungspads an jedem Anschluss, die für eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Flanschtypen und -größen ausgelegt sind und Flexibilität beim Anschluss der Pumpen an Rohrleitungen ermöglichen
Die U-Plus™-Halterung, die für die Größen H-QS erhältlich ist, bietet die Möglichkeit, die Dichtung im Stopfbuchsengehäuse oder hinter dem Rotor anzubringen.

Speiseöle

Heiße Speiseöle werden hauptsächlich zum Frittieren von Gemüse und Fleisch verwendet. Einige Speiseöle oder -fette werden bei Raumtemperatur fest, aber die Pumpen befinden sich in der Regel nahe genug an der Versorgung, so dass die Pumpe warm bleibt. Die Viskosität ist bei normalen Betriebstemperaturen in der Regel wasserdünn.
