Superior Seal Flexibility

  • Available with Cartridge or Component seals
  • Back pull-out seal design for ease of field maintenance
  • Standard with spacer coupling, allowing seal change without moving pump or motor

Hardened Internal Parts

  • Heat treated shaft and gears minimize wear while increasing service life of pump
  • Internal running faces heat treated for hardness to extend the life of the pump and create a hardened barrier on potential wear points

No Ball or Roller Element Bearings

  • Heavy duty bushings to support shaft on either side of the gears to eliminate ‘overhung load’ and durable in non-lubrication applications with no outboard bearings to service

Modular Porting Options

  • Designed with variations in mind, the Viking GP-410 & GP-414 pumps use SAE J518 Code 61 ports to allow flexibility in porting options with bolt on ANSI flanges to meet connection requirements
  • Common Port Location feature which allows smaller displacement pumps to ‘drop in’ where larger flow pumps are mounted with no piping or base modifications *special order on some models*

Ductile Iron Externals and Controlled Clearances

  • Oil sump has large fins to help dissipate heat generated during run time; allows the oil to cool quicker and increase the bearing life inside the pump

Viking Bolted-Lid strainers provide protection for any pumping system by preventing solids or foreign materials from entering the pump.

  • Strainer bodies available in ductile iron in both ANSI 150 and ANSI 300 ratings
  • Inclined basket design provides low pressure drop for high system efficiency
  • Top basket removal eliminates the need to drain the strainer and minimizes product loss

Transload Pump

  • Heavy duty antifriction bearing shaft support for higher pressure and extended pump life
  • Motor speed operation eliminates speed reduction equipment on thinner liquids
  • Pressure lubrication system automatically lubricates the idler bushing, increasing pump life
