Repair Parts Kits

Viking supplies repair parts kits for the most common types of repairs done on our “standard” products.  Seal Kits include everything needed to do maintenance related to seal failure, and Rebuild Kits include everything typically needed to restore efficiency due to bushing wear.  By keeping a set of kits on the shelf, you can be assured that you have everything needed to get a pump back in service quickly when it’s time to do maintenance.

 

Because of the many variations of Viking pumps, each kit should only be used with the specific pump it was designed for, to ensure that it exactly matches materials and design.   With the pump serial number, your Viking distributor can provide the exact kit needed for that pump.  Pump repair information is provided in the Technical Service Manuals available here.

Seal Kits Generally Include:

  •  - Shaft seal and associated hardware
  •  - Static seals (gaskets or O-rings)
  •  - Anitfriction bearings
  •  - Seal lubricant
  •  - Exploded diagram with parts list

Rebuild Kits Generally Include:

  •  - Idler and busing
  •  - Head and pin
  •  - Bracket bushing or casing bushing
  •  - Fasteners
  •  - Exploded diagram with parts list
