2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Job Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa

Summary:  The successful candidate will be a change oriented, customer-focused individual with supervisory experience who will assure that all work is completed in a safe and cost effective manner. Responsible for making sure all work orders progress through their department on time. Supervises the activities of employees to assure that each is properly instructed in the performance of their work, to produce product to defined specifications.  Makes job assignments as required.  Continually identifies and implements process improvement ideas.  2nd shift hours are 3:30pm - 12:00am.

Qualified individuals:  2 year degree in a technical or related field or equivalent experience.  Must have 3 years supervisory experience, machining and assembly knowledge, and have experience in Six Sigma or Lean Mfg.  Must have good interpersonal skills, works well in a team environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have good communication skills.
